How do I change or upgrade my plan?

    This article walk you through the process of changing or upgrading your plan. Note that you can only change or upgrade plans on the web version of Backbar.

     

     

    1. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of Backbar, then select Manage organization from the drop-down menu.

    2. On the Manage organization page, click Manage plan. If you are on the Basic Plan, the button will display Upgrade plan.

    3. If you only want to change your billing cycle (monthly to yearly or vice versa), select Change billing cycle to [desired option]. Review the terms of your new plan and click Confirm change.

    4. If you'd like to change the plan you're on, click Change plan on the same page.

     

    5. Select the plan you want to switch to, then review the details on the next page.

     

    6. Click Confirm Plan to finalize the change.
