How do I add and update inventory locations?

    Locations give you a better picture of how and where your inventory is being used at your venue. At any point, you can add new locations or change the name of a location.

     

    To add an inventory location on the web, click Inventory and select Manage locations. Enter in your new location name under the Add a new location header. Locations are any place you store or serve alcohol. Examples of locations are Main bar, Patio bar, Wine cellar, Liquor room, etc. 

     

    Once you've entered the location name, click the blue +Add button to save it. The new location will populate under the venue name. You can add sublocations by adding a sublocation name to the same field, and selection the Location from the drop down menu next to the +Add button.

    From this page, you can also create custom lists to use when taking inventory for each location by clicking the Edit custom inventory sort text under the Edit location header.

     


    Adding locations on mobile


    When adding a new location in the mobile app, click the User icon in the top right corner of the screen. Then select Inventory locations from the menu. To add a location, click the button in the bottom right corner of the screen. To edit the name of a location or

    To change the name of an inventory location, click on Inventory in the navigation bar and then select Manage Locations. Under Edit Location, select the name of the location you want to edit. Type in the new name of the location and when you are done click Save.
