This article walks you through the process of canceling your trial or subscription plan by switching your account to the Basic plan. Note that you can only cancel your trial or subscription plan on the web version of Backbar.

1. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of Backbar, and select Manage organization from the drop-down menu.

2. On the Manage organization page, click Manage plan.

3. On the Manage plan page, click Change plan and select Basic plan.

By switching to the Basic plan, you ensure you won't be charged after your free trial ends, or if you're already on a subscription, you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. This also allows you to retain access to your Backbar account in case you decide to use the product again in the future.
